We held our 3rd Razom Annual Meeting

We held our 3rd annual meeting on Saturday, September 23, 2017. We were happy to see over 100 people attend the gathering at Civic Hall in Manhattan. Participants heard updates regarding finances and highlights of past and present projects.

In addition to updates, Razom hosted a lively panel discussion on contemporary Ukraine moderated by Dasha Ozimko with Andrii Suslenko, a participant of the RAF Journalism Fellowship at the United Nations, Daria Sipigina, of Pennsylvania State University, Luke Tomycz, MD, Mariya Soroka, activist and Razom co-founder, and Igor Gudz, entrepreneur.

Each of the panelists shared their experiences of innovation in Ukraine in the fields of journalism, cultural diplomacy, medicine, civic engagement, and manufacturing backpacks and selling them globally.

Thank you to all the Razom volunteers who came together at Civic Hall (and on Facebook live) to participate in the Razom Annual Meeting 2017. So many conversations, connections, and ideas created and exchanged. We can’t wait to work together and to see what comes next that builds a prosperous Ukraine one project at a time.

The live stream of the event can be found at the following links: Part 1 and Part 2.

Huge thank you to our wonderful photographers Bogdan Grytsiv (BO_Photography), Yulia Kurka (Bad Duet), and Slavick Ciganec.
