Program Coordinator, Razom Health

DESCRIPTION

 

Razom Health focuses on supporting hospitals and healthcare institutions serving patients across Ukraine, including frontline areas. Emerging from a training program for neurosurgeons, Razom Health has expanded into a multifaceted initiative responding to the humanitarian crisis following the 2022 invasion. Our team provides critical medical aid, care and education to under-resourced healthcare facilities in Ukraine. 

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

​​The Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation and coordination of Razom Health’s initiatives. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating our efforts to deliver critical medical supplies, equipment, and training to under-resourced healthcare facilities across Ukraine.

 

REPORTS TO

 

Program Director, Razom Health

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Provide program-wide administrative, data, grants, reporting and communication support. 
  • • Monitor the general Razom Health email, responding to queries and redirecting messages as necessary.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for all WHO Health Cluster reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely contributions.
  • • Schedule and attend key meetings, record detailed minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure that action items are clearly documented and followed up on.
  • • Assist in grant-related activities, including preparation of grant applications, monitoring compliance with grant conditions, and preparing financial or narrative reports as required by funders.
  • • Help in the preparation of documentation, social media posts, presentations, and other materials.
  • • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for Razom Health employees and partners.
  • • Foster relationships and collaborate with other NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders.
  • • Other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

  • • Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
  • • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within healthcare, humanitarian, non-profit or international development sectors; previous experience working in Ukraine is highly desirable.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

  • • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Ukrainian is highly desirable.
  • • Excellent project management, communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • • Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • • Commitment to Razom Health’s mission and values, with a passion for making a difference in the healthcare landscape in Ukraine.

This position requires occasional travel. 

Location: New York, NY; Hybrid or Remote role possible.

SALARY RANGE 

 

$25-$35/hr

 

Final salary based on education, experience and qualifications as well as finalized scope of work.
