OVERVIEW OF ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our non-profit organization as the Gift Processing & Data Entry Assistant. This opportunity is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact in the community and the world, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a non-profit environment. Understanding and sharing Razom’s values and mission is a great advantage.
REPORTS TO
Vice President of Development. Works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Donor Prospect Manager, and Donor Stewardship Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibility is Data Entry and Donorbase Management: Assist in maintaining donor records, logging and reviewing donations records, sending acknowledgment letters.
Work with Donor Prospect Manager in generating mailing lists for development and marketing communications.
Support CFO in reconciliation of donor and financial records.
Work closely with staff members on collaborative projects, contributing ideas and solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the donor database.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively in an office setting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Workspace programs and other relevant office software.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge or interest in the non-profit sector, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to community service and a passion for making a difference.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language or culture is desirable but not required.

SALARY RANGE
$18-$20/hour
Final salary based on experience and qualifications as well as finalized scope of work.
